This is probably the best home improvement store I have been to. Usually when you go to these places the employees are hard to find. But at this Lowes, the employees seem to actively seek out customers to help. The store is clean and in good order. Also, they have veteran parking spots, which I find is a nice touch. If there was another Lowes closer than this one, I would probably go out of my way to visit this one.

Another great lowes store5-31-22 I've been in three different Lowe's stores in the past ten days - satisfied with each one - the staff is always helpful - I love my Lowe's, !!!!9-17-22 Back to my lowes for some lumber - good selection available....5-23-23 back to my Lowe's -10-10-23 more shopping at my lowews. Great store great staff but HATE the self checkout (taking away jobs) - today NO check out staff other than one working 4 self check scanners.2-5-24: another trip to Lowe's, I wish I had a dollar for each time I shopped Lowe's since 1987...Great service from a real live CASHIER (NOT a self checkout).Thank you Linda for being there for me!!

Have Ben here three days in a row to buy cabinets, the one and only guy is not in, not in, on launch break, very sad service from Lowes, going to go to Home Depot to get some service

Employees are always helpful when asked for assistance or advice. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. Usually stocked well.

We bought a new fridge on sale online along with a new stove, and dishwasher. The delivery guys showed up on Monday to install the fridge. They didn’t hook up the water line to the fridge. My husband noticed it after they had left. I called Tuesday to have someone come back out and hook it up the right way. I spoke with Wanda on the phone. She told me she would make a case and to wait 24 hours for a call to let us know when they could come and take a look. I waited the 24 hours and never received a call. I called Wednesday the lady I spoke with told me they could return the fridge. When I asked for an exchange she told me they couldn’t do exchanges. I told her to go ahead with the return. She then told me that they couldn’t do the return until after the new year. When I told her that wasn’t going to work considering I haven’t had working fridge since Monday. She made the case a priority. On Thursday my husband received a call where they told him that he couldn’t return the broken fridge until after the new year and they couldn’t do exchanges either that my husband would have to buy a new fridge. My husband purchased a new fridge. I then called the store to explain my frustration I spoke with the store manager Chad. After explaining what happened he told me that they don’t do exchanges on online orders. When I asked if he could give me a discount on the new fridge that we bought at full price he refused to do that until they came and picked up the broken fridge. Even after explaining that it was Lowe’s who installed the fridge incorrectly he still refused to give a discount or to try to get an earlier pick up for the broken fridge. It is now Thursday and I am still without a working fridge and Lowe’s is refusing to fix their mistake. Take your money somewhere else because Lowe’s will not stand behind their appliances.

Thank you Lowe's in Jefferson City Tennessee. My washer went out this month and I was desperate for a new one. You took care of me first thing on a Saturday morning and found me the right washer to fit my needs. I plan on doing more business with you guys in the future.

It's a good store....I am still disappointed in dishwasher return time, family was burned by this.... Lowe's would not take a terrible dishwasher back...left more on dishes after washing than had originally....2 days for return, couldn't get it installed in 2 days....very disappointingComment after Lowe's response:Lowe's wants me to call them after refusing to take a dishwasher back!I just dropped review to a one star, can't believe Lowe's wants me to waste more energy on this.

We got a Christmas tree. It cost way too much. But so does everything else in every store everywhere. It's not their fault. This is a very good store and I would recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I visit this store quite often. We’ve never had a negative experience there, but the last one was much better than expected ! The manager of the outdoor department (I think his name is CJ), went above and beyond to help my wife find some amazing deals in the plant clearance department. These flowers looked amazing, not like something you’d expect to see on clearance. Having children and being on a budget during these times makes it mandatory that we shop wisely. CJ made that job so much easier!

We had problems with a refrigerator we had bought almost a year ago(didn’t purchase an extended warranty, dumb us) after over a month of fighting with the company who made it we were finally issued what we needed to replace it. The managers at Lowe’s helped us from day one with everything we needed all the way to the replacement of our Hesense refrigerator.I will never buy that brand again but will always buy from Lowe’s. Thank you for everything you do.

Ordered online a washer and dryer and paid to have it delivered. The delivery driver told me he was bringing my dryer. I ask him if he had my washer too and he said no. Lowe’s sent me an email to pick up my washer at the store. I ordered the washer and dryer online at the same time. I paid to have it delivered. The store manager, Haley in Jefferson City didn’t seem to care. So I canceled my order and went to a mom and pop appliance store where we were treated like royalty and they gave my husband a military discount. If at all possible, shop the struggling mom and pop stores. They will take care of you.

We had a very disappointing experience with this Lowe’s store. We bought 4 gallons of Sherwin Williams best paint (plus 2 additional cans of a different color) for the inside of our house. When the painters we hired realized we would need a 2nd coat, my wife brought the same paint card back to the store for 4 more gallons. The 2nd 4 gallons were made a different color Valspar (not Sherwin Williams) because the employee didn’t enter the paint code properly. When they applied the 2nd coat and painted additional walls, we realized the mistake the Lowe’s employee made. We went back to have the issue corrected and they basically said too bad and made us pay for more paint when it was their mistake. The paint should have been replaced at no charge, but the Lowe’s manager was like too bad. Very poor customer service!! They say if you have a good experience, you will tell a friend, when you have a bad experience you will tell all your friends.
