I love the staff and facilities. I have rented from them twice in the past few years. But I do have a question, are the storage units open on a Sunday or no??

The gate locked me in a minute early but a quick call and look on the security camera by the very nice lady who runs and/or owns it got me out on the road again. I won't push my luck so close next time but the gate did close at 6:58 according to my phone instead of 7 (I was driving up to the shut gate at the time so I noted the time on my cellphone and car radio). Anyway the lady apologized and gave me a code to get out so all was well! As for storage, this place is clean, quiet, easy to access, affordable and just right for me and my family for a little extra storage we need.

I have done business with them going in ten years. I absolutely love them. I choose to drive from Morristown vs getting a closer storage place here. I recommend them completely.

Jefferson city storage was there in a pinch. It's easily accessible and they're pretty conscientious with their pricing of units. Cleanest storage units I've ever seen hands down.

Overall excellent service!!! The urgency in which I had to obtain storage was met immediately. Very pleased with the unit. Clean, secure, and safe! No worries about my belongings at the Jefferson City site. I also love that I have the option to move the unit to my residence when needed. Customer service was amazing!! So friendly, courteous and helpful! They went above and beyond to meet my needs!!! I greatly appreciate their assistance with everything!!!

The people who manage this location are nice and helpful if you are late with your payment. You just need to talk to them. The units are well maintained as is the property.
