You can't fix this place!! These people check your bags cause they're taking items. Check all ur bags they are stealing stuff as u buy it. Make sure ur bags have everything your purchasing this place is not honest at all.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFUL Lady over charged me when I mentioned it she rudely states DIDN'T YOU READ THE SIGN EMBARRASSING ME INFRONT OF EVERYONE LIKE I WAS ILLITERATE THERE WAS NO SIGN stating the price but I was wayyyy over charged for item after her rudeness I decided to get full refund on items and take my business elsewhere SAD THAT EMPLOYEES DOESN'T REALIZE CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT PAYS THEIR WAGES!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE TILL TODAY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF EMPLOYEES DOESN'T LIKE THEIR JOBS THEN THEY NEED TO FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!!

This Dollar Tree is the cleanest one I’ve been to, and it is well organized. Usually, the cashiers are very nice. However, the two-star review is for the one, male cashier who spoke to me like a child and embarrassed me the other day. It was crowded, and I didn’t realize he was closed because he was checking out a customer. However, he felt the need, for some reason, to tell me he was closed in such an obnoxious way that all the other customers and employers nearby turned around to see who he was speaking to. No one was behind me. So, he could have checked me out, and he didn’t have to talk to me that way. That kind of treatment is enough to keep me away from this Dollar Tree for good.

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees. They are not all the same and some carry more inventory than others...especially this one. This location has a very well stocked freezer section, crafts gallery, and more of everything really. I would rather drive to Jeff City than go to the store in Morristown because its been slim pickens here lately!

All I'm going to say is....We all have bad days. If you choose to have a job in customer service then please try your best to not let your Bad Day affect your job. Do not at any point yell at the customer, yank money out of the customer's hand, throw money at the customer and then rudely tell the customer to have a nice day.I know one of the requirements to be a cashier is to have great customer service.Love the town.... grate place...
