I love the Extra Care Card! Two months ago I used my 40% off one item, plus my $10 off coupon to buy a Zero Water Pitcher. This month I used my 50% off one item, plus my $10 coupon to buy the Zero Water 2pack Filters. These items will be a Prepper couple's Wedding Shower gift. The Savings from CVS for this Senior Citizen are greatly appreciated.

Literally went in looking for a pop up camping chair. When I asked the cashier they did not have any and would not be getting any. Noticed right behind the cashier the many different options of sex toys though. This is an outrage being in East Tennessee Bible Belt. These are openly on display for children to see. I’m disgusted with cvs and will no longer we be spending my money with them. I encourage everyone to please do the same and voice your opinion. This should not be openly displayed In the store

The pharmacy area was closed. Also, my coupons expired. Didn't want you to take my related earlier reply wrong. This was a Fantastic place to get what we needed. And, great staff really is to be appreciated.

Due to a recent “hacking” CVS would not honor my prescription co-pay assistance card; even though they can clearly see on my history that the assistance has been in effect for almost a year. Now I can’t afford the medication and my condition could spin out of control.

I gave them 2 stars because they had my medication on hand. Other than that, the staff in the pharmacy is rude and dismissive. They all seem to be in a bad mood and not like their job. They seem to take this out on the customers. I will go back to walgreens if they can keep my medication in stock.

I would give this place a 10 star if I could. Matt, the pharmacist was so very helpful. I travel 100% of the time and was at a campsite near by. I needed to refill my prescription that was housed at a CVS in Indianapolis and they were closed on Saturday but Matt helped me refill and even called my new insurance to find out why it was not covering (they were also closed on Saturday) so he went out of his way to look up savings for me so I could fill it now and then find out on Monday as to what happened with coverage. Then to make them even better customer service, we were 2 minutes after closing and he allowed me to still pick up the prescription. Just great service and wonderful southern hospitality!

It's fantastically annoying to change your hours randomly so when a script is sent, it says you are open when in fact you are not. Please please keep your times updated...people count on you.
