I will never go back in here. I'm visually impaired and the clerk absolutely refused to help me activate my cricket phone because I bought it at Walmart. He said it was a teachable moment. I do not know what his problem was outside he didn't want to get up from his chair and he was extremely rude.

The guy said he was from a different store but he was scruffy beard guy glasses but he was so kind and kool he helped me get my payment through when Apple Pay was down he was the whole deff of customer care and service it felt nice to have someone like that

Went to get my son, a new phone when I walked in, was greeted by Marcus. Hands-down had the best customer service experience probably ever Marcus was phenomenal! He definitely went above and beyond at helping me. If you want great customer service and someone that understands the frustrations then I would recommend Marcus because he’ll make sure you’re takin care of for sure.. Thanks for the awesome job you did. 10 out of 10 for sure..:

Normally I have a very good experience there but the day I went in there this last time was a terrible service I ended up swearing out the counter guy cuz he was a complete a****** I had bought a product that didn't charge I brought it back first time the next day after I bought it and brought the receipt and everything they were trying to get the Motorola to be able to contact me about this product to make a long story short it's not happening so I spent 70 bucks on a product but doesn't work it's 15 minutes each time I go out there 15 miles home that's 30 miles round trip that was the third time I've been out there now there was a girl there working with me was very nice very good at her job but now I'm out $70 and I put it on 90 miles on my vehicle and still have nothing completed on this this is on acceptable

Excellent service and even set my smart watch I purchased there up for me. Very good and non expensive place to get phones and watches and everything else. The wireless service is the best.
