No wonder this store is going out of business. I had the wrong chairs sent, the delivery person assembled one of them wrong and by forcing the leg brace also damaged the chair. Now I have to deal with Conn's delivery out of Chattanooga who are very rude. I'm sure they are not happy about dealing with Badcock's unhappy customers but they don't have to be rude. DO NOT BUY FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE!!! Had I known they were going out of business I would have gone elsewhere but was never told when I purchased my furniture.

Went in the store last night and was quoted a price on a loveseat by the store manager after the 25% off sale due to the store closing. I sent a picture of the loveseat to my husband that has the price tag showing. I let manager know the loveseat would be picked up this morning and paid for with cash. When my husband went to pickup the sales associate quoted a price much higher. She called the manager and he would not honor the price given last night. Horrible experience and customer service. No wonder this location is closing

What a wonderful store. I am from out of town and was trying to look at an item located in Murphy North Carolina on the website so I stopped in to the local Badcock store in Newport. The owner, Chayce went out of his way to help me and I was able to purchase the items. . I would highly recommend using this store. Being professional and courteous, not to mention great pricing . Went looking for a washer and dryer. Found ones that were marked $300 more than the price at Lowes but Lowes did not have any in stock. Asked if they price matched Lowes and after he said no, he told us “I guess you have to get them from them” and walked away. Very bad customer service and very over priced.

We walked into the store today looking for an item that was a few months of searching in the making. Jim and Seth were amazing at helping us with the item and checking out - they even loaded it into our car for us. We were in and out of the store in 30 minutes! Thanks again for all your help and work to both Jim and Seth!

Ordered two pieces of furniture from them. They were very kind and precise on when those specific sets were in. On the day of pickup, they helped load it into the car. Thank you for a great experience!
