This AutoZone does NOT know Customer service! They answer the phone with, "what's up dude." Or "Hey". If they answer at all. They never know the parts you need and just tell you to go elsewhere.There was no other customer in the store when I went. I picked a couple items and stood at the counter for over 5 min while 3 employees looked at me and continued to stock shelves behind counter. The other grey shirt came up and went to a different register. I finally asked if I could check out. After going to his register, knowing it was not one for cash, then him asking if I was paying cash, we had to go back to the original register. The whole process of checking out took 3 times too long.

These guys went over and above the call of duty for me today. I called for brake pads procured the location over the phone. A senior moment allowed me arrive at the wrong parts store. Purchase incorrect parts from an competitor what I realized my mistake I called the AutoZone store in Jefferson City explain what had happened and those guys brought me the correct parts. Amazing!
