Doug Yates towing was prompt both times I requested a tow. The driver/operator was courteous and very professional. The second tow cost more than the first one for about the same distance. I'm not sure why but I think it was priced a little high. Overall I can say that I would recommend them for your towing needs.

Very poor communication DOT called them out so they charged double is what was the excuse of having a very expensive tow never in my life have I paid as much as they made pay then after the towing was told no credit card payments over 1000 which was B's then he recommended that he got a guy to come out to prime the truck which was a bad decision also paid 650 for 15 mins after I was told 150/HR guy said limit of four hrs charge worth of work for coming out this company is money heist from out town truck drivers beware!!!!!! Very unprofessional like

We had a semi overturn. We were charged a huge amount that was not necessary, Treated my driver like he was a Felon and Spoke to me as if i was also! Yates is huge and has very nice Equipment.Easy to see overcharging can pay for nice equipment! I believe Tennessee has now passed a law so you can not be over charged Like I was in the past.Service: Special vehicle towing
