I went there thinking they were open and picked out what I needed, only to find out they were closed. There was no sign up saying that the store was closed. There was no effort to accommodate me, no sense of remorse, and no alternative option to check out since I already had my items.

The staff there areso unfriendly. They don't know how to smile. They ignore you when you talk to them or ask them a question. Only one cashier working , (always), no matter how many people are in line. They double scan items if you're not paying attention. So make sure you do your own item counting and check your receipts. I've shopped this location for many years and have noticed many changes throughout time. The changes are not all good ones, and it's those changes mentioned above that prove this stores integrity has drastically gone down hill.PLEASE make these desperately needed changes and properly remind the staff what they are doing there...... and please refresh their mannerism.line. It's a lovely place to go for quick runs, such as toiletries, hygiene, snacks, school project supplys, etc all year round. Around the holidays it's an amazing place to stop for a quick gift, such as their cheap and cute gift sets and secure spend non reloadable visa gift cards ! Great hospitality
