I have found the need to update my review of this pharmacy after the terrible experience I had today. I previously gave this pharmacy, two stars, and now downgraded to one, and would honestly like to be able to give them negative stars....Long story short this is not the first time I've received terrible customer service. I have been putting up with it ever since I've been using this pharmacy for the past several months just because it's close by. However, today really was the event that was exceptionally terrible. . I won't get into too many details, but yesterday, when I picked up my prescription and brought it home, I realized, although it was the correct prescription it was the incorrect dosage. When I went back to the pharmacy today to ask for a refund or exchange or something, they indicated they could not receive the medication back. I completely understood that, makes sense they would not want to take meds back. However, no offer of a refund or credit. I indicated they provided me the wrong dosage, and they said it should've been up to me to check it to make sure I was getting the right dosage when I picked it up from the pharmacy. So not only did they not acknowledge that they actually made a mistake in my prescription, they put it back on me for not checking my prescriptions and not alerting them that it was the wrong dosage. So I guess I'm the pharmacist now.? The manager, Pamela, was excessively rude during the whole exchange. Yes, I was frustrated, but she offered absolutely no help whatsoever and pinned the issue on me. Woooowww, I have never had such an experience at a pharmacy. I have called corporate and filed a case claim against this pharmacy as I have had enough with their terrible and incompetent customer service, and now potentially endangering patients receiving wrong or incomplete medication's...... this now has become absolutely unsafe and unacceptable.
