Second time I've went there with a gas coupon and same guy has worked both times and he scanned but didn't actually put the coupon in and wasted two coupons like???? Very upset

Stopped to get gas tonight guy on night shift said he got robbbed in Chattanooga he’s not allowed to keep change for $100 what’s that got to do with paying for gas ?? Really I do not recommend stopping hear this not first time with some kind off drama at this store I think headquarter s need to check there store out in this location

Went there to fill up on our way to Florida. 2 of my cards declined at the pump the had PLENTY of money on them so I went in to try to pay with the cashier. Again the cards were declined and tried 2 more of mine. Same thing. I asked her to call her payment processor to see why and she said it was my cards. I showed her my balance in my account for my debit card and said there should not be anything declined, please call. Again she said no. I went and got my friends card to try and same thing declined. I AGAIN asked her to call her processor. She said she wouldn't and had no trouble with any cards before us I went down the road and had no problem with my cards. She was rude, not helpful and LOST BUSINESS! I hope her supervisor sees this and she gets reprimanded!

I have been getting gas here for 7 years and I have always use my BP card at the pump. I went there today and it keep telling me I had to see cashier. I went in and told the cashier, Tabitha, that the pump said see cashier. She said that the only reason it would do that is if I was using a debit card. I held the card out to her thinking she would use it inside so I could get gas. She just looked at me and said again I Must be using debit. I just said that I would go somewhere else. I went to EXXON and got gas. Again, I have used these same pumps for seven years and I know what I am doing. I will continue to use EXXON because the cashier was disrespectful and acted as if she didn't want our business. She wasn't busy. No one else was in the store.
