Wait 20min to get to window to be asked to wait more 10min later they finally ask to help 5 minutes later they will not even have a epipen

Went to make a return today, with a receipt for an unopened item and they refused to do it unless I allowed them to scan my ID. I didn’t need a receipt to make the purchase. Why would I need it for a return WITH a receipt?

Last week I bought a bottle of Tums Smoothes 750 strength 12 tablets .IT WAS EMPTY TODAY 7-4-2023 I bought another tums smoothies .When I finally opened it up 《 IT WAS EMPTY 》I'm not very happy with Walgreens . I WILL BE CHANGING MY ALL OF MY PERSCHRITIONS, PERSONAL MAKEUP TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY ASAP.
