I am constantly having problems with my mail. Between outgoing mail not being picked up and I never receive mail. There is no phone number that I can call and speak to an actual person to ask how my package is going to be delivered by 3 pm on a Saturday if my mail normally runs around 9-10am.

My experience with our Jamestown, TN Post Office is always fabulous! Our mail carrier, Dena, is extra helpful and knowledgeable. If it can be done, she’ll take care of special help that I need. The staff at the Post Office are equally helpful and patient with my questions. Honestly, service thru our Post Office is a reason to live in this pretty little town!

Kinda sad when a local business person purchases a service they offer (EDDM), but you know more about it than the postal workers do. Then, they get upset at you for giving them extra work. No wonder the USPS is broke. They should just have FedEx or UPS take them over... SMH

Some days our mail person gets the mail in the right box. Today I had to deliver my neighbor her mail since he put it in the wrong box. None of the mail in the box was for my house.

If I pay for delivery I expect delivery not a note telling me to pick my own packages up... working class cant make it in the hours they are open

If you need packages delivered, forget it. They'll leave a note in your mailbox telling you have to come to the post office to pick them up. I don't want to have to drive all the way to town just to pick up a few packages. That's why my mail comes to my home. Just a mail carrier being lazy. I wish my original mail carrier hadn't retired. He was great. This new one obviously isn't.

I have had the same problem twice in the past couple months. I have to mail some of my bill payments through the postal service and I expect the outgoing mail to be picked up when the flag is raised. Well, these two times the flag was definitely raised and the mail in my box going out, was not picked up. I watched the mail person put mail in the boxes next to mine, but didn't pick up my bill payments going out. I had to call someone to take me to town to mail my bill payments at the post office. Please try to fix this problem in the future.Thank's

I called to inquire about mail delivery at my home and Mr. Joseph Cravens Jr., Post Master was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Mr. Cravens needs to remember patrons have a choice of delivery options many times and I certainly will be choosing alternative delivery methods when available.
