This company rescued me when I buried my tractor in mud. From the phone call, to them showing up, they were quick, experienced & really got me out of a situation I couldn't do on my own. Of course it's always pricey to get rescued but it was worth every penny! They saved me hours of work. They have the equipment and they have expertise to get the job done! I wanted to say thank you for getting me out of a jam!

As we experience colder weather, that 4 - 5 years-old battery decides to go dead; Roger is the best. He has been one of the original AAA road assistants in Fentress for several years now and is a great individual who is very amicable and has been very dependable. Unfortunately, Roger did not have any AAA Batteries, so AAA sent me to another establishment to get a battery. They could not accommodate the circumstances and said they had to keep my vehicle. I questioned it because I was there for a Battery failure, and AAA sent me to get a new battery since it was under warranty, and I was uncomfortable with leaving my vehicle. So they tested it, and it was registering well. However, I still have the problem, and. I contacted Roger, and he told me to come by, and he will check it. Afterward, he said that a cell was going wrong and I would need a higher cranking rating than what was in it. So Thanks, Roger, for all the help in this indescribable weather and for getting to the root of the problem.

We took our van to get worked the second week living here. They got everything fixed and it is running so much better now. I highly recommend Roger one of the BEST Mechanics in this town Thank you!

Experienced, reliable and honest auto repair shop in Jamestown. Like going to a doctor's office, you don't WANT to go there, but if you HAVE to go, Roger's Automotive is the BEST place to go. Even the customer's lounge area is the largest, coziest and most interesting you'll ever find in a hometown business.
