After shopping around at big box stores for a dishwasher we decided to call Potters to compare prices. Out the door, tax included and delivered these guys had the lowest price. But it’s their continued customer service that’s impressive, they definitely go above and beyond. Stop in and shop or just look around.

Outstanding service and great employees. No pressure to buy. Got a new living room suite a few weeks ago. It was not only made in the USA but made in Tennessee. I love it. I believe our salesman name was john. He was great. This is the second purchase we made from him this year and will again. The delivery team is awesome. They work very hard and go above and beyond.

I just want Potters to know how much we appreciate their service. When we purchased our furniture from them, they were so helpful and they delivered it the same day. We had previously purchased furniture from Ashley's and they gave us the run around and after 3 months of not getting our purchase, we decided to cancell and went to Potter's. Where we should have gone the first place. We are so glad we did and now we have found are permanent place to purchase all of furniture and appliances. Shout out to Shelly and the delivery guys who made this buying process simple and easy.

Good place to shop if you're looking for outdated or discontinued appliances and furniture. Don't be afraid to ask if a price is negotiable.
