Don't like their system for receiving your clothing. When we dropped them off the lady said they don't give a receipt which I thought was strange. How can you prove what was being cleaned, or proof that you left anything..maybe it's an honor system or something but I don't feel comfortable so I asked for a receipt. They did clean them well, but it was quite expensive. I think I'll have to continue to search for another Cleaner.

Requested no starch on jeans but jeans was starched any way payed full price no discount but they did prewash Jean's for a second time

I have been taking my clothes to West Side Cleaners for over 20 years, never disappointed. I recently had a problem with my most favorite jacket, a small spot, and I had no idea what it was from.It took some work but the spot came out with no damage to the fabric. I'm impressed! In my opinion West Side is the only dry cleaning business to take your clothes to.

I went in for the first time yesterday to get a quote on some zip up jackets and a sport coat and the young blonde girl working the counter had no clue on prices. The other girl sitting down in the lobby said the prices would be $7 each for the Jackets and $9 for the Top Coat. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my items today and had to pay $8 each for the jackets and $17 for the Top Coat. The young guy working the counter could care less when I told him that wasn’t my quoted price. He was very rude and condescending to me.No one who works in this location is knowledgeable or professional. I will never do business there again and will recommend to all I meet to take their business elsewhere also.

Okay price but they didn't warn me they'd take my suit hanger and replace it...showed me other hangers but none were mine. It's a little picky, but if they'd have said something I wouldn't have brought my own... I kinda expect to get back what I give to them...
