My company changed insurance at the beginning of 2020, and we had to switch from our local pharmacy to Walmart’s, it has been Nothing but hassle’s ever since. Had to give them my insurance info 3 different times to start off, once, two days in a row, then when I went to fill a script they told me they were out and I had to come back the next day, we’ll I waited one day and returned.. they got it in the day before, but Didn’t fill my script and we’re out Again!!! The Last straw happened yesterday/today, I dropped off my wife’s prescriptions at 6pm (open till 9) told them she would be there the next morning, when she shows up, they Still had not filled her scripts, and she had to wait for approximately 30 minutes before it was ready. That’s 18 hours to do your Job. Terrible customer service Terrible employees. I’ll now be driving 10 miles out of my way to Avoid this pharmacy.
