Called to see what was holding up my husband's prescription, it was over a week late. It was pain medication, as he is a cancer patient. I was told that they did not have the prescription in the pharmacy so I asked them why they hadn't called other branches to find it. The pharmacist was very rude so I got rude back. When she hung up the phone. She accidentally left it on speakerphone so I got to hear her bash me for about 30 minutes. I've been with Walgreens for 40 years and never had an issue until the last year. I don't know why everyone is so thoughtless when it comes to the care of their patients. It's totally unacceptable. We will be changing.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy! I went to pick up a prescription I waited two weeks to get to be told "you already picked it up." Neither the pharmacist or pharmacist manager Roy would help. Everyone was horribly rude and just kept pointing the finger at me. I tried telling the pharmacist the person on the card wasn't even my name, or anyone I knew. He just kept shrugging me off and gave no care! They are dispensing medication without checking who it's being given too. The pharmacist gave zero care someone out there was taking my medicine. I called corporate and filed a complaint. These people should be fired...just horrible Walgreens!

My husband and I just moved to Jackson a month ago and have used Walgreens for years; have spent lots of $$ over the years. However, this location's pharmacy (3144 N Highland) has the worst attitude and demeanor. The techs and pharmacist are very rude, condescending, and patronizing from asking for perscriptions to be transferred, arguing about the spelling of our last name, to requesting a flu shot over the last three weeks. Carefull, Walgreens. People that walk into your store/pharmacy choose to do so. We are moving our business to a local pharmacy.

Not sure how on earth they can deny to fill my prescription. At the last minute I'm told I need a prior authorization to pay for my depression medicine.. well, usually if that happens I will just pay cash and get a few until the PA comes through, this place denied me paying cash and said they couldn't fill any of my prescription! Now this will be the 2nd night of no depression medicine for me which can actually be deadly.

Would give 0 if that were an option. 3 times I've been to this store to get prescriptions for my wife and they always claim they never received it. I also used to get a maintenance medicine here because it was convenient but it was never the same price twice and once when a medication was recalled by Walgreens and to bring it to the store they said they would not replace and I would have to pay full price for a substitute.

I shop at this Walgreens a lot and spend lots of money there. This time I went in and gathered up several items and picked up a bag of Nice Nuts because the tag under them indicated a $2.00 off coupon. As I always do, I asked the cashier to please scan for the $2.00 coupon on the nuts. She told me that their coupon books hadn't come in this week. So I said are you not going to give me the $2 off? Then she said I had to show her proof. What? I told her the sign was under the nuts. I didn't take a picture of it or anything and I didn't feel I should have to go back and do that. Really? We went back and forth and I told her the sign said $2 off coupon. I started to lay the nuts aside and she finally said okay I'll give it to you. Very bad customer service and very embarrassing.

Went in to get my covid vaccine that I had scheduled for 5:30pm. They told me they weren’t going to open a new vial just for me since I was the last one for the day. Told me to come back tomorrow. Needless to say i was frustrated considering places are begging & even paying Americans to get vaccinated.

I never have any issues at this store. I can always find what I'm looking for, and I always get what I need from the pharmacy with no issues.

The pharmacist that helped us with our COVID tests for travel was so kind and helpful. She was very delightful. But we had to call back after we left and Lindsey answered the phone....this young lady has no business working with the public. She was extremely rude and didn’t have an ounce of compassion in her body. She talked to us as if we were incompetent and we are both healthcare professionals. She would not want someone treating her or one of her family members the way she treated us.
