I’m pretty sure the reps name was Dalton. He’s a major asset to your company. I needed a transfer pin for 2 phones on my account. I had been to Verizon a few times trying to get this done and dalton spent 30 minutes or more making sure I got what I needed. Really great service!

First let me start by saying I had to give stars for Susan not Victra which is the company. Victra you deserve 0 stars!!!!! Susan is one of the if not the only good employee this company has. Victra as a company is obviously going downhill FAST. If you can’t treat your employees with respect and decency I do not know how you expect to make customers happy or make any money at all. If there is only one employee in the entire store that seems like a huge issue to me. One person simply cannot help so many customers especially when it takes time when someone from Verizon screws everything up and she has to go back over everything and fix it. Multiple sale opportunities leave because they don’t want to wait what does that tell you? Management needs to get it together and treat their employees better. You cannot have one person running an entire store all day long period. Then ESPECIALLY at night!!!!! There is a lot more I could say but really it just comes down to treating people right. Susan is the only person they have who actually cares and knows what she’s doing. You would think a person who has worked for a company many years would be treated with a little more respect but apparently not. It should also not take hours to figure out a problem because she has to call into management every time there is an issue. Then they say something like “well this is not what’s supposed to happen………” OBVIOUSLY!!! Victra you are a disgrace to the people who created this company and who work to make it better. Shame on you!!!

Verizon is lucky to have Susan. She is the best. Her knowledge and customer service is amazing. I always request her to help with my iphone, ipad, and watch.
