The wait time is ridiculous. The service is very slow and it takes forever for them to recognize that you're in the building.

It took about 5 minutes to check me in then I was told not sure how long it would be to wait and then I waited for another 10 minutes or so then I changed my mind and left and 25 minutes late I received a text that I was next and that was after I lifted .

After being a Verizon customer for 25 years, today I will be looking for a new carrier, I purchased a new phone on line and was picking it up on the store, never been at this location and I don't want to go back, we where greeted by Dylan and after we said we already bought a phone it was like he lost a commission so he didn't seem like he wanted to help any further, advised him we couldn't transfer our information over and he said for 29 dollars Verizon could do it but no guarantee everything come over, he said we where lucky for the 29 dollar fee because other companies are charging 100 dollars , not to mention we purchased an otter box that came with no screen protector but we could purchase that separately, we paid a 35 dollar charge to to activate the phone , I get it everyone is out to make money, some of these charges are really not fair, for all the money you are being charged how much more do you have to pay for someone to show they care, or that they want to keep your business, definitely lacking in customer service , there's a lot of competition now and verizon is doing nothing to keep customers

If I could give no stars I would. They only help if you are buying a new phone, plan, or accessories. If you are a current customer needing help you can give it up. Don't waste your time or money going here. If you need anything get it off the website.

We had to go to the store 6 times on a defective phone! Finally today , we were dealing with Joshua, who is not the smartest man to argue with the customer. He's rude and condescending! This is how incompetent he is, he said he emailed receipt and nope he did not!! I was mad at the face it took 6 times to the store countless hours on the phone and then to encounter him! He should have been more understanding instead he was rude! We will try the franchise store down the street!

The staff at this location leave you to call 611 yourself to fix the problems they make. You better off use using your my Verizon app or call 611 to get help or buy new phone.

This one is main branch. This where the money Manchin is at. It is closed to my FAVORITE restaurants Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesday and Friday's.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to purchase a device for myself, everything was fine and dandy, then decided to add a few lines switching over to a biz account under our business. During the switch over the Rep was very attentive to answering my questions and "helping" get my account organized.... After the switch over to the business account the customer service started to get worse... And worse! I had to call Verizon multiple times to get answers about how to set up My business app.... Keep in mind, I Need this feature to view my bill... Data usage... Ect. Long story short, I spoke with the manager of the store and Never recieved a return call from her as promised. The Rep all of the sudden didn't have the sense of urgency to help me out anymore after account was already set. This experience was FAR BEYOND what I expected! WORST CELLULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And to make it even better.... Problem is still not resolved and I signed up for Verizon a month ago! HORRIBLE!
