Very, very unhappy with this particular gas station. On Nov 19 2022, I was in Jackson, TN for work. I went inside to pay for $10.00 worth of gas. A hold in the amount of $175.00 was placed on my debit card, and even though the $10 has been settled and paid on the 20th of Nov, they still have the hold on my bank account for $175.00! In the meantime, my phone has been disconnected for non payment, and I had to pay a reconnection fee, my insurance was cancelled because they made several attempts to get the money out of my account and couldn't due to the hold. My carwash membership was cancelled as well. This had caused a major inconvenience unnecessarily and caused me to pay late fees and reconnection fees that I should not have had to pay. I went inside to pay for my gas, so a hold should never have been placed on my account in the 1st place!! They have no phone to reach them on, and this store is over 100 miles from my home. On Monday I drove all the way to that gas station to see the owner or a manager only to be told that they would have them call me back. I have yet to hear a word from anyone and they still have my money on hold!! This should be completely illegal there is absolutely no good reason to have to hold my money when you've already settled the damn $10.00 nearly 2 weeks ago!!

The guy that works nights is cool ppl. Has kinda become our friend. Me andy boy friend go in every night at least once. They have slot machines that pay u actual money. Very fun. I go there daily. Not the cleanest outside, but I like the store.
