Multiple deliveries are tagged as “unable to deliver” because we have a gate. But we open our gate and it has been open for a week and they did it again today. It is a continuous problem with our carrier

On 3-9-24 I dropped off 39 packages at USPS Jackson, TN. These packages were in two USPS bags that they provide me with. All 39 packages made it out of Jackson, TN without an acceptance scan. They all still show pre transit. USPS Jackson, TN location assured me these packages were sent out to Memphis. Today is 3-27-24 and all 39 packages still show pre transit. I believe my packages are sitting in Memphis on a trailer or a bin that keeps getting pushed back with new packages coming in. All of these packages are custom made to order for my Etsy shop. As a seller, I am protected by Etsy’s seller protection policy, but my packages have to show an accepted scan before I am covered. USPS has dropped the ball big time. I have been a ball of nerves for over two weeks as I have been scared to death Etsy is going to close my shop that I have worked to build for over 12 years. I have reached out to all 39 buyers and as you can imagine, not everyone is understanding. I have had to refund some of these orders and starting tomorrow I will begin remaking the rest. The irony is I will have to purchase USPS shipping labels again for these orders. I do believe these packages will eventually show up, but I can’t keep my buyers waiting. I have started to carry my packages inside USPS to get the accepted scan to cover myself and protect my business. This is a horrible situation and is going to end up costing me almost $3,000. I’m sick to my stomach to say the least.I will not let Edith that works the front counter bully me into putting my packages in the drop box again. For years I have killed that lady with kindness and she is never receptive. She obviously hates her job as she projects this 100% to customers. After reading all the negative reviews about her, I do not understand why she’s allowed to continue with her unpleasant attitude.

I’ve worked with a lot of post offices, mailing periodicals, newspapers, magazines and it hasn’t always been a pleasant experience but the BMEU in Jackson, Tennessee is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Always willing to go the extra mile.

We went to the post office for the Passport Services and received very poor service. This was our first time ever doing this process so we had a few questions and the post office worker Edith Renee seemed to be very annoyed and frustrated to have to assist us. She did not have a very nice attitude towards us the entire process. She barely spoke to us, she was flinging things around and then we could hardly hear her when she was administering the oath to us, she rushed through it. Just hope that next time she can remember we are paying for this service which is very expensive and should be treated like a valued customer

Lady who does passports lacks soft skills. They act like the process you do every 10 years is supposed to be remembered by someone who doesn’t do that line of work everyday. Stop sucking and do better please.

HORRIBLE service!! Went to get my passport and the worker Edith Renee Issa, acted like she was inconvenienced by me. I had called their phone number months ago and some really nice man explained to me all I needed to do, he said do not bring a picture and to get it done there. She was not happy with that and was rude the whole time.

The customer service is trash mostly from the women at the front counter. They lack soft skills when dealing with the customers. The carriers lack integrity when handling the publics mail and delivery of packages. My package was damaged by their carrier service, and nothing was done. Utilize this location with caution.

Thank God for James. Made the worst experience I've ever had into one of the best. Give that man a raise.

Very slow. Do not come for anything passport related if you can help it. Zero stars. They said the waiting time would be 5-10 minutes and anyone will wait 30+ minutes for passport help. Only come if one has 1-2 hours to spare and a ton of patience. More staff needs to be hired. Very understaffed which leads to the worst service ever received at a post office. Save time and money and go somewhere else. Driving to the closest cities (Memphis or Nashville) would be more productive.
