Multiple deliveries are tagged as “unable to deliver” because we have a gate. But we open our gate and it has been open for a week and they did it again today. It is a continuous problem with our carrier

I’ve worked with a lot of post offices, mailing periodicals, newspapers, magazines and it hasn’t always been a pleasant experience but the BMEU in Jackson, Tennessee is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Always willing to go the extra mile.

Lady who does passports lacks soft skills. They act like the process you do every 10 years is supposed to be remembered by someone who doesn’t do that line of work everyday. Stop sucking and do better please.
