Jackson’s best kept secret post office! Truly a Hallmark type of post office. The staff is the best and need to train the staff at their larger locations in town.

Parking lot has potholes, difficult to exit area due to on coming traffic east and west.However service inside very good.

Lost two of my packages..still trying to find other package that is suppose to come back ..because it didn't get scanned..2 month still no package ..I'm thinking they need to ivestagate this post office. mishandling of mail by Rob delivery driver..thanx Rob..it's been months still have not got my package and still have not recieved a call or care..thanks again for lossing my mail...I'm pretty sure this is a tort. Case and POSTAL inspectors should look into this I have also been receiving other people's mail with way diffrent address on it..shows you can not get the job done right..thank you ..
