I had ordered something on amazon that was supposed to be delivered the same day as another package. These were both important pieces of a vacation we were leaving for the next day. When our mailman came, only one package was dropped off. When I checked the tracking, it showed that the other had just been scanned into the post office. I assume it had been put on a later truck from the sorting center. I decided it was worth a try to go to the post office and see if maybe they could find it in the back since I was going to be leaving the next day before the mail came. The lady (Alfreda) was so kind and patient. She went and searched the back for 5-10 min and came back with my box! Something simple that made vacation a little more fun for my kids.

They service sucks the person that suppose to make sure we get our mail takes packages and that against the law taking other people stuff they have taken my packages they need to be arrested what make them different I don't think they hands need to be on no mail period yall think yall have got away with this but I will push this matter

First of all I want to start off by saying that I have never been so disrespected in my life. The lady behind the counter this morning was so disrespectful and rude. Not to mention that no one answered the phone all morning before I even went to the rude place of business. I will never go there again and I will never suggest anyone else to. This woman was so rude that it raised my blood pressure.... pitiful.....????

Literally the slowest post office I’ve ever seen. It’s almost as if they try to go as slow as possible. Go anywhere else but here.

Rude and unhelpful. Lady at the desk (not wearing a name tag) She did not try and help me with my missing package. Gentleman next to her wasmore helpful than she was and I was not even in his line. She just dismissed me and went on o the next customer. Rang the bell for supervisor and could never get anyone. According to them supervisor had just left for lunch however someone tried to speak with the supervisor before me (20 minutes prior) and no luck!

Their incompetent delivery people continue to put mail in my large mailbox which I do not use. I had a letter from my doctor delivered to the main post office to have my mail put in the box attached to my front door. I am in a wheelchair and cannot negotiate the big hill to my street mounted mailbox. It’s no wonder these morons can’t make a profit.

The carrier from this post office left an envelope stating I owed money. I kept asking what for. I finally found out after they wrote on the envelope that they would just "return package to sender". I tried, repeatedly, to call the post office to get information, but no-one answered. After stopping by the post office, and speaking to a very kind and helpful clerk, I was informed that the package wasn't even for me. It was supposed to go to Tallahassee, Florida.
