Hey Jackie. Maybe if you talk with people and not down to them, you will have a better day, and so will your customers! I went in with a friendly attitude, however, everything I said I was cut off mid sentence & it felt like a challenge with a snooty rebuttal. I silently completed the transaction as quickly as possible and left.

Not necessarily this location's fault, but do not come here for fingerprinting. Other than identity verification, it's self service. Also, the fingerprint card will be mailed to you rather than printed on site.

Their hours say they are open until 4pm (Sunday). They just locked the doors 10 minutes early with customers outside trying to get in.

Absolutely 5 stars !! I’m an over the road truck driver and being able to ship items or adult is sometimes difficult. Having bought a new phone I was required to ship old phone back. With a truck breakdown and other issues I was physically unable to get the box and label that T Mobile sent me . UPS Store to the rescue ! Used the shipping label they sent to box it up for me in Tennessee and send it off !! Thx again !!!

There’s a young lady working there that is rude very rude to me every time I use your facility. She a smart mouth very disrespectful. I’m old enough to be her grandmother. I don’t appreciate a smart mouth person like her. If it wasn’t for us the customer bringing things that need to be returned or purchasing items, she wouldn’t have a job. I think she needs to be reprimanded.

We came about 10 min before close and Todd was kind enough to take care of me as he was closing the gate !!! I had a quick scan and he really saved me because it was a phone trade in withing a 14 day time frame I live almost an hour from UPS . Seriously much appreciated! Todd saved the day for me !

The associates are incredibly rude and know nothing about customer service. I’d rather attend a funeral than have to go here to ship a package. It is beyond frustrating having to use this store, it is seriously that bad. Do not use this place if you care about being treated with respect or courtesy. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

While traveling for work, I’ve had to ship a few packages and have had the privilege to work with Todd for said shipping. He is the most understanding, professional and friendly employee I’ve come across in a UPS store! He’s diligent in working with the public, executing his responsibilities beyond expectation and being a fellow humanitarian. He’s a true gentleman and leader in his position!

I have had many good experiences at this location but now they say that they can no longer accept my 78lb or 84lb packages. This is so absurd. The local depot quit accepting packages, Trenton is the next nearest place but they don't open until 5. If I can ship a 150lb package thru UPS then I should be able to drop off my 78lb to 90lb package with no problem.
UPDATE. After emailing and calling for an explanation. UPS Store will now accept any package that UPS accepts.
