Wife bought a closure they sold get the wrong one and she gets her hair done in Memphis she didn’t open it her stylist told her that was the wrong kind so she bought one in Memphis went to turn it they do store credit all sales finally must be clearly stated on entrance so u can make a decision on shopping there had to dispute it with bank but that’s bad business had both receipts they only have it in the receipts which is after purchase which deceives the customer

Wife bought a closure and she gets her hair done in Memphis so when she arrived her stylist told her that was the wrong one and we went today to get a refund they wouldn’t refund unopened merchandise… they must display all sales are final not just on receipt but on door and entrance so u can make a decision to shop there that’s deceiving the customers when u have it on receipt after u spent your money had to dispute it with bank after today I’m gonna force them to put a sign at entrance of the store so before u spend money u know that sales are final
