Using this service was great and ended up being the cheapest option for us moving from Washington to Tennessee, much cheaper than even renting a U-Haul to drive ourselves, and we wouldn't have been able to move everything had we done that - we ended up using a full 27' trailer for our move, with stuff stacked floor to ceiling almost the entire length.I had some initial concerns with this service, but all it took was talking to the team and asking questions to get those concerns addressed. Every one I talked with was very helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. My only nitpicks and the reason I'm deducting a star, is first, that their was some miscommunication on the loading end about needing a ramp, which I had wrongfully assumed based on the online ramp instructions was built into the trailer, not something that needed to be placed inside of it. I didn't use their ramp for loading as I loaded from truck to trailer, at their recommendation, using the ramp from a Penske truck at their service station. Once final delivery was scheduled they called and asked me if I had a ramp loaded on the trailer and when they found out I didn't they had one delivered within a few hours, which I greatly appreciated them catching that and getting a ramp out to me very quickly. My second minor nitpick is that I had finished unloading my trailer on Sunday, and submitted a request for pickup, which they then scheduled for the next day, Monday. Thursday that week they still had not picked it up and I had no communication from them about any issues so I called them. I was told a driver had come out Monday or Tuesday and couldn't get up my driveway because of the ice storm that week. This came across to me as a probable lie, as this ice storm did not start in my area until Tuesday, later afternoon / evening, so if they had come on Monday when they had said they would, or Tuesday anytime during the morning to afternoon, they would of had no problems with my very dry driveway. On top of that, I have a Ring doorbell camera that looks over my entire driveway, and it never picked up a truck on either day. Granted, the Ring camera doesn't always work on detecting motion and recording what it should, but, that doesn't change the fact that conditions were very clear and dry on the entire day Monday that they said they'd pick it up, and for most of the next day as well. But, maybe they were here Tuesday evening after the ice storm had actually started, and my Ring doorbell just happened to not work at that time. That still means they were a day later from their scheduled pickup time, with no communication to me that they wouldn't make it, or any updates on when they would try again. Thankfully, I'm the type of person that knows issues come up, and I didn't schedule the other service that will need access to my driveway, as it wouldn't have been able to be delivered if I had since the trailer is currently blocking access. And again, I consider these issues minor, especially when compared against the otherwise stellar service I received from them and the relative value provided by their service.Update: It's Friday, and this morning they did finally come by and pickup the trailer.
