Nasty uncouth service. Marco was rude and disrespectful. He was talking on his phone talking about me and saying nasty and mean things while I was standing right in front of him. Marco belched in my face and when I said he was being rude he threatened to call the police. As a disabled veteran I have difficulty finding and keeping a job due to my TBI and Injuries and to have someone treat me like a dog and be so nasty to be ON VETERANS DAY is absolutely beyond my scope of understanding. I'm glad I have the situation physically video recorded because it's honestly unreal people like this even have a job. I just purchased my first home as a veteran and it is supposed to be an exciting experience but I cannot believe people like Marco are allowed to have a job in costumer service and not view a job as a privilege but would rather use it as an opportunity to abuse his small amount of power to hurt people. Nasty, disgusting staff and am embarrassed for them.Let me know U-haul if you want recipts. Yall can't post videos but I can. I just want an apology and restitution. It is so so wrong to treat people like this. I am a human.

I have been at some U-Hauls that were very hard to get into but the U-Haul located at the old K-Mart Shopping center on Old Hickory Blvd in Jackson, TN is the best location ever and I will only go to this location. The staff was great and very attentive.

The online pricing should be more forthcoming and clear. I was expecting one price then when I got there was charged almost double the price I was expecting. The fact a credit card had to be used instead of my debt card was not only inconvenient it nearly stopped me from renting a truck i needed, because I don't believe in them. If my friend hadn't had one I wouldn't have been able to rent it. Then going to pay for the mileage I again couldn't use my debt card. It had to be cash or credit card and again my friend had to step in. The experience was embarrassing! The fact that they were unable to split the payment between two cards was unbelievable considering the size of Uhaul on a whole. If I had had another option I believe I would have chosen it. Between the card debacle and the price being almost double from the online pricing it wasn't that great of experience. But it was cheaper than renting a truck from a car rental place, that was the saving factor. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE AND AFTER USE INSIDE AND OUT. ESPECIALLY ANY DAMAGE , GAS AND MILEAGE. I DID AND SAVED THRM IN A FILE JUST ENCASE.

The black lady up there lied about full the price of the U-Haul and told me that if I dropped the U-haul back off the price would remain the same.

Beware of hidden charges. They will charge you the full price along with leaving a hold on your account. The amount is sizable and stays for over a week. If you are moving with the use of a u-haul, put back at least double what they quoted you for the hold they place on your account. If you call they will act ignorant and refuse to fix what they have done. I was not told of any hold at all. I was told I was being charged and they charged again at drop-off. When I told the 1-800# this they stated that I was told. Then the company refused to send me a recorded copy of the call to prove that she never said it would be a hold and would take weeks to come off. I returned the unit over a week ago and still have a hold on my account. They will not answer calls or online chats and still refuse to send the requested items or remove the hold.

Arrived to unload truck into unit 1 week after renting was LOCKED OUT. Was told at rental “they LIKE you to have a specific lock” but apparently they REQUIRE it and that’s why I was locked out. It’s 92 out, we had unloaded truck onto carts before we saw lock. Went to front. They don’t have any to sell but won’t take lock off until we SHOW them the lock they want. We asked to remove lock so we could put stuff in then go buy lock. She refused. I asked her to call manager. She called a number let it ring 3 times then hung up said no manager available. THEY SELL ADA UNITS TO ABUSE DISABLED! Don’t rent here!

Put 30 dollars in gas tank before returning and was charged a 33 dollar charge for placing the gas hand right back where it was which was right under a quarter tank of gas and a 30 dollar charge for them putting gas in after me. Next time y’all need to get your trucks serviced off of the little extra charges you sharks try to tack on afterwards that’s why I always stay behind when I drop off but this time the guy told me to go and now I know why. I try to support my fellow black owned businesses but then when I do I get backstabbed like so.

Stopped in here on the way from WV to rent an auto trailer. They were efficient but the staff inside the building weren’t very friendly. However the man that helped me get the traile hooked up, his name is Richard, was very nice and helpful. Ultimately I would go back if I needed U-Haul’s services in Jackson Tn.

Best customer service experience! Taylor went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! When our pod didn't work out (not there fault) she got us a rental truck ordered from another location and even picked it up for us! Communication was excellent! Thank you so much Taylor....your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!
