They advertise as “easy financing” and “buy here pay here” but aren’t. So if you don’t have credit, or have bad credit and don’t have rich parents to co-sign with you… don’t shop here. They expect $4000 down payments. And that was on a $6,990 car. Just reviewing to help the next person. They ran my credit and made it worse, as all car dealerships end up doing.

I bought a 2014 gmc sierra sle 1500 from these guys, test drove it everything was great truck ran and drove great after paperwork and everything was set. I left for my 10 HOUR ride home just to find out when I hit a bump the radio, ac, a d headlights all shut off. Transmission was getting hung up around 3,000 rpm.Took it to my local gmc dealer and to find out the exhaust Is welded to the manifold, the oxygen sensors were either missing or welded on and ruined. Plus the rhino line all in the fuse block and wiring harness. Took the air filter out turned it over had silicone all over it. Also to find out the warranty they sold me wasn't going to cover the thousands of dollars its gonna take to fix because of the lift kit and everything else done just completely wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I repeat do not I repeat again do not buy a car from this place these people are fraud they're liars they swipe things under the carpet that you need to know about when trying to sell you a car just to get the money I bought a 2016 Kia optima from these people about a year and a half ago my car started acting up I took it to the shop the engine was bad I thought because of the kind of car it was which was the 2016 Kia optima it was a recall on the engines the mechanic got a hold me and told me that yes my engine is bad but he cannot fulfill my warranty under the recall to replace my engine that instead I'm going to have to pay $6,000 out of pocket to put a new engine in it all because the dealership that I bought it from which was Tri-State Auto knew that there was a recall on it from the customer that owned the car before us and they did not take care of the problem properly so because of that our warranty does not cover what it's supposed to which is this recall because they dusted it under the rug do not purchase a vehicle from this place I don't care how nice the people seem they are liars they care about money and they don't care about what happens to you or your car I'm a mom I have three kids they really screwed me over and now I'm having a situation to where I'm going to have to look into a lawyer because this is clearly their fault everybody that I have talked to including the warranty company and the mechanics and the dealership have said that themselves

They sold my father a vehicle that is not safe to drive..Master cylinder held on with a zip tie ???My father trusted them he had them ship him a car and that the dealership recommended having towed off the lotNot safe to drive ?,

I rate this place 5 stars because of my experience there. Othman helped me tremendously first with my overwhelming anxiety, I know I talked this man's ears off, he has alot of patience. Secondly, with finding the perfect vehicle for me that would fit my little family and I could convert into a living space as well. I'm a very picky person and got them trust issues but after talking with Othman he reassured me he wouldn't put me in a vehicle that he wouldn't put his children in.Pros: Owner let me trade in my car (which has never been wrecked, or had any mechanical issues with)The paperwork was fast and easy.The atmosphere there is calming and awesome vibes all around. I don't have the greatest credit score and didn't need a cosigner.Cons: The negative reviews saying the place is a scam and the owner is a conartist. It is a used car lot, do the research on the vehicle that you are wanting before you buy, ask questions before you buy, also there is a super simple thing called Google that you can do research on a vehicle. Your welcome. Also there is another thing called common sense, maybe you should use that as well. Remember you are buying a vehicle with a loan from a bank, not the actual car lot itself, which is what most car lots use, unless it's a pay as you go car lot. You're welcome with this knowledgeable helpful information. ?
