“We were in Tennessee visiting family and the day before we were set to leave, our a/c condenser decided to blow. We Stopped in to Northside Auto Services not knowing what to expect and/or if they could even help us before we hit the road later that afternoon. Not only did they get the vehicle right in and give us a diagnosis within 5-10 minutes, but they had the part in stock and assured us they could have us back on the road in 4-5hrs. The staff was great. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They had our vehicle done in less than 5 hours, as promised and we now have ice cold a/c just in time for our trip back to Florida. We are very pleased with the customer service we received, the speed and quality of the repair and the cost was in line with what we expected to pay. Thanks for everything! “I want to thank Wade at Mann’s Wrecker for the above and beyond information, service, and professionalism. At 11pm one night I was starting my week out when I noticed my driver had run low fuel in our truck. I barely made it to truck stop. Once there the engine shut off and wouldn’t start. I called Wade and he directed me over the phone how to prime it and get it restarted. He could have came out and charged me hundreds of dollars for it but he understood how bad a jam I was in. After a couple hours it started and I was on my way. As my luck would have it the very next day I got stuck. I was buried down to the axle. 79,700 pounds in the mud trying to rock back and forth to no avail. I was hesitant but called Wade again for help. We came to an understanding on pricing and within the hour he was on seen and I was free from the earthly grave. I got the respect and professionalism of a larger company and I would recommend their services to anyone in need.”
