I was happy I found The Children's Place they have some really nice children's clothes at a reasonable price. We were struggling to find some outfits for our son and it came in clutch. Not a ton of places I visit in the mall but we like this store. Will be back.

Absolute worst experience of my life, Andria the manager was of no help, they refused to return my items to my debit card since I used childrens place cc which I already paid in full. Two days prior they returned stuff to my debit card, but said they couldnt today. I do not know who is responsible for employees but that store needs new management ASAP. Do not go there, it is a SCAM to take your money.

The store in Jackson isn't that great and selections are quite dismal. Online however, I do all my shopping. I have had nothing but good experiences. I save a lot of money by shopping here. The clothes are cute and fit true to size.

We have ordered long sleeve tees. We have ordered school polos long sleeve and short sleeve . They were hard to find in the stores in the middle of the school year , but we found them in Childrens place. They fit good and we are happy with.

I love the online and the store's sales and prices. However, I absolutely HATE shopping in the Jackson, TN store itself! One sales person in particular, is extremely rude and has the MOST unpleasant personality. It is blatantly obvious that she hates her job. She appears upset when anyone asks her questions and just projects in general that she doesn't want to be there and does not want to be bothered! As much as I love shopping and a good sale, I will go elsewhere, just to avoid HER "attitude."

Very disappointed with them! I ordered 4 pairs of jeans for my son that wears a 16 but i was shipped a pack of 2t tank tops and a infant hat! I called to get the issue resolved but i was on the phone with someone who couldnt even speak English clearly! They were very rude and wasn't even trying to accommodate me! I rate them a negative zero!
