Very bizarre experience tonight of them trying to close things down before actual closing time.I know I came in late but shouldn’t I be able to dry my car off if it’s still within business hours?Employee acted frustrated with me for pulling into the tunnel a bit since nobody was actually out there, and appeared to not acknowledge my apology for a simple mistake.I normally have great service otherwise; this was just really bizarre.

What a waste of money. $20 for a car wash that left my car with all kind of streaks and some scratches that weren't there before. It looks like all it did was move the dirt around a little bit and blow streaks in it. If I lived in this city, I would be back up there tomorrow for a refund and for them to pay for the scratches. ???

During the inclement weather they took extra time to ensure my vehicle was clean before I left. Very friendly and good clean wash.
