We've stored "stuff" here for 3 years.The lights on the interior hallways do NOT stay on. The sensor switch is too far from any but the closest storage units to capture motion and stay on.The sensor switch "push to stay on" function does not work.This needs attention.

Woman working up front was incredibly rude. We asked for help regarding turning in a uhaul since they are a uhaul neighborhood dealer and she immediately said she couldn't help us at all. Rather than helping us find someone or a location that could help us, she decided to yell curse words while other customers were still in the office. Would never recommend working for someone who is this rude.

Would be at least 4 stars but the main woman that's in the office is so rude and hateful. Owner should find new management. Alot of tenants have problems with her. That being said over all the place is maintained well. The security gate gets stuck open slot. What's the point in having it if at least 30% of the time the pass coded gate is stuck open?

This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. Employees are very helpful - We have used this location for about two years. They are the best! I guess that's why they stay busy. I will be a repeat customer for their climate controlled storage.

They have no problem renting you a unit that has rain pouring in it when I told them that I ruined a dresser and a whole box of photos the only thing they seemed to care about was letting a roofer know I would not do business with them again
