I traveled 2 1/2 hours to Studio 31 after many fails from getting my hair cut and styled in my home town. Tamera was very professional. She listened to my concerns and provided positive feedback. The atmosphere was very comfortable. She gave me a touch up relaxer, and a new haircut…pixie cut. I love it. I already booked my next hair appointment for next month. I love getting my hair done by Tamarra. I get so many compliments from her work each time she styles my hair. She’s a professional and gets things done in such a timely fashion! I’d recommend her to anyone who prefers to wear their hair relaxed and loves short cuts or is considering a cut as a makeover.

There was a minor delay in delivery, which wasnt a problem for me, but she complimented me for the inconvenience with a nice pair of earrings as well!! Pure Professionalism! I initially came to Tamara as a new client for an event in April 2018. As a first time client, my expectations were absolutely exceeded! Every visit is always time friendly and a great experience. Needless to say, I'm now a regular customer! Not only do I leave with flawless hair, but styled with fashionable accessories as well. Nothing like a one stop shop!

I received the worst service from Tamara Reed, the owner of Studio 31 Hair Salon. Giving her 1 star is too much. I made an appointment one week in advance for 10am. I told her at the time of scheduling that it was my birthday weekend and I would be leaving to go out of town after my appointment.
