Not helpful at all. Tried to pawn me off on another store because they didn't want to deal with my issue.

If I could rate TMobile without stars but unfortunately I’m not able to however it’s not a good service to go through , stay having plenty of outages and phone stay in sos mode … you will not receive 30 days of good service through TMobile I suggest you save your time & money and go through another service
