I really enjoy the atmosphere here. A couple years ago or so this place didn't have stylist or barbers worth a damn but now the past 2 times I went here I had an awesome experience. They cut my hair just how I asked this time and they trimmed and oiled and brush my beard like no other. She even applied some of the beard oil to my scalp/bald head lol and I couldn't believe how soft and nice it made my short stubby hair feel. My beard never has looked this good before and she really made me feel good about my appearance and my efforts in the care of my beard and head. The last time I went here which was just 2 weeks ago I got a new lady and she pampered me like I was god himself. I'm a married man so she wasn't like flirty or anything of that nature but she simple did her job and did it above and beyond what I expected. Hands down the best experience I've ever had getting my beard trimmed and oiled then brushed and my hair cut as short as possible and then the wash massage and all the other amazing things man I just can say enough great things about the new staff they're amazing.

If I could leave no stars, I would. My four year old does not do the best getting haircuts as the hair in his face makes him panic. The lady was so hateful and even grabbed his head roughly and yelled at him. His haircut is sooo bad....bad isn't even a good enough word to describe it.

Not one person in SC is certified to cut hair. I go here regularly, expecting them to be better than the time before, but it seems to get worse. i show, whoever is cutting my hair, a clear picture of what i want, and i communicate the details of the haircut, and any changes if needed. and each time, without fail, they seem to get as far away from the cut as possible. if you’re reading this, DO NOT GO TO SPORTS CLIPS!!!

Went up there expecting a long wait. I got in way quicker then expected. The guy that did my hair, Kenneth, was absolutely amazing and definitely showed he knew what he was doing.

I don’t get my haircut but a couple times a year, but when I do I like to come here for the great atmosphere. I checked in online, but I accidentally chose the wrong stylist since I’m not good with names. My Rec arrival time was 10:14 and wasn’t called until 10:40. That’s when I found out I chose the wrong stylist. I was told to wait another 30 min for the correct stylist i wanted. 30 minutes past and the manager, Samantha, told me I’d have to wait again but for a long time and there wasn’t any other options. Which would enrage anyone after they’ve waited an hour past their Rec arrival time. The manager failed to do her part and didn’t offer any better resolutions. Poor management

Great atmosphere. I got the MVP experience and it was great. Had a great cut the wash. She took the time with the scalp massage the felt amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone
