Before you read my lengthy review below, know that I’ve had at least 2 outages a day since then. And the only response you’ll see below from spectrum is an automated “give us more bad feedback at other places too.” You’ll see the same response from them on every other bad review. They don’t care how bad their services are. Avoid this company.
I’ve had spectrum for a couple weeks now, but they’ve already given me enough reason to leave a review. They bought out the provider we were happy with (which raised our bill from $40 to $60 for the same speed). From there, they sent us a box of their equipment for us to set up ourselves. I call to get some info on setup and instead of being of any help, the guy started trying to sell me more of their services. I told him I’ll call back after I discuss with my wife about this financial info he gave to which he tried to convince me to purchase a new phone plan behind my her back. We tried for a day and a half to get it working but nothing. A couple of unhelpful calls later, one guy said he thinks my equipment is broken. I take it all back to the store to be replaced. I hook all of the new equipment and still nothing. From there we had to wait 4 whole days without internet to get someone out here to fix it. The man the came to install everything had to install a THIRD set of equipment to finally get us internet. Spectrum gave me TWO broken sets of their own “tested” equipment. At best I was able to get them to discount a week’s worth of service from our bill (you know, because we went almost a week without service). From then on our internet had been having outages 2 to 3 times a day. We will be switching to any other provider as soon as one is available.

Spectrum needs to be sued for being incompetent and not providing a service that customers are paying for. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

Service is horrible. They “fix” it and then a week later it’s the same problem. It will work fine for a few minutes then go down.

rude lies to get me to sign up I get the crap they sent me picked up took pulling teeth to get them to get this stuff then the guy who picked up the stuff slammed my door and through the box In the yard to say the people selling this stuff knows 0 about the product is an understatement lie to get you to sign so his numbers look good he was selling everyone free internet no such program the guy who comes and gets it slams my door and throws the box down spectrum is Terrible
