The equipment works with no issues, wasn't harassed by anyone and that is a plus on so many levels. Also it's less expensive than most laundry mats in town. It's a lot cleaner than most of the laundry's in town too

I have been coming to do laundry here for over a month since day one there is always either washers or dryers that are always out of order spills on the floors and not cleaned up bathrooms that are always locked I have never seen the owners here not once sometimes the washers eat your change you have no choice but to use another one one day the only washer available to use that could fill a big load still had massive soap in the washer needless to say I added my detergent hoping no allergic reaction would come of it the next day my clothes made my skin so itchy my skin hurt today coming in the parking lot is loaded with trash all over the parking lot y'all need to take better care of your business and have someone sweep the parking lot weekly and clean the floors open the restrooms for your customers

We have used it 2 weeks in a row both times the facility was dirty. This time we had to take our clothes to s different laundrat to dry due to both coin machine were down and the place doesn't take debit cards in the machine. And the app wouldn't start a dryer. I thought not having to get money out of an ATM would make this place more convenient, but due to poor management and maintenance I will no longer spend my money here.

Nothing ever works. Machine will take your money and they are never available. I teally dislike this place

Update 9/1/23: dirty inside, half the machines are out of order, some take your money and don't work(can't get your money back), some dryer's work but don't dry clothes, homeless people living there, dirty parking lot, used to be one of the best laundromats in Jackson but has since went downhill.

Not worth your money and time. Machines will either steal your money or not work at all. Literally the worst experience at any laundry mat. You will not get your money back at all. Please take this review seriously if you do not want to risk losing more than you have to.

Had diff size washers. Two diff size dryers. Has a snack machine so you can snack while waiting on your clothes and a few tvs alsoto watch while you wait. Had two bathrooms but are always locked. Open 24/7

Place needed trash emptied, and swept. Many machines were broken or out of order and there was a homeless man sleeping inside... Other than these there was parking for my bobtail truck and you can use an app or credit cards to pay. I would visit again for these conveniences alone.

Needs to be cleaned and this bout the 3rd time one of the machines took my money , several of the washer n dryers are out of order . This was the best at one time not sure who in charge now but somebody need to do better and did i mention there is always someone homeless there asking for change smdh

The machines steal your money and when I called to ask about getting it back I couldn't even understand the woman on the other end. The bathrooms are both locked up, yet there's no one here to let you in one @ 2:23 pm on a Monday afternoon. Why can't you find a decent freaking laundromat in Jackson???

Pretty trashy. Two change machines and neither worked. Tried to swipe my cards on the machine and it wouldn’t take them so I had to download their stupid app.
