Machine #6 took my $11 dollars and did not work, so I had to move to another machine #7 and it did work but there is no number that you can call about your refund, they have a sign up saying drop your refund request in a box but the box has not been checked in days

It’s dirty more than it is clean. Have bathrooms but can never use them, door is always locked. Homeless people are always sleeping inside and laying on top of the equipment. Multiple washers out of order. The open sign is lit but the door is locked.

The equipment works with no issues, wasn't harassed by anyone and that is a plus on so many levels. Also it's less expensive than most laundry mats in town. It's a lot cleaner than most of the laundry's in town too
