I made an appointment online and it said it would pair me with a stylist best suited for my needs. I put in there this was for two children’s haircuts. I was paired with Lindsey. My three year old granddaughter had hair all the way down to her bottom and I asked for shoulder blade length. But I got above the shoulder! And it’s not even the same length! My 9 year old son just needed a fade and left a little longer on top to shape into a gentleman cut. His hair was all over the place! Where the trimmers were used you could see the indentations all the way around his head because the clippers weren’t held evenly! He had long hairs on the side of his face where it should have been short! The front of his hair was cut to his hairline! When I asked her to trim the side burns she had no clue what I was asking! This happened at the beginning of March but it has taken me this long to calm down about it enough to write a review.

Worst salon experience everBooked with Perri made sure she could achieve the colored look I was going for before my scheduled appointment.Had me sitting in foils for OVER an hour, because of double booking. My hair color was a disgusting yellow with platinum ends and my virgin roots were bleached and came out ORANGE! I had no idea she did that! I didn't ask for highlights I asked for a balayage. 4 1/2 hours later my hair was fried and it was not what I ASKED FOR....how is it possible?! I was left with wet hair because I was asked to come back the next day to get it "fixed" because her next CLIENT was already there and she couldn't fix it the same day! I'm now left with a nasty hair color that's going to cost more than what I went in there for.Services: Balayage

I can’t say enough good about this salon. I see Kaylee for my hair and she does an amazing job. She is very smart and great with color. She can usually always come close to achieving the look I’m going for. I also love seeing Nicole for waxing and facials. Nicole is a really sweet person and she is fantastic at what she does. I have gone other places occasionally for these services but I always end up coming back here because they really are the best in my experience.
