I'm sorry I have to give a one star But my baby girl, has been bumbed all the way home crying she kept saying her hair looks nothing like the picture we showed, and her hair is way way to short, I asked why she didn't tell yall, but she said you were so nice she did not want to hurt your feelings, which we don't like to do, and we usually don't leave a bad rating, but I had to this time when I see my baby girls in tears. My hair cut was little shorter than wanted but I can deal with it, but to see her sad it breaks my heart.

Charged a fortune for a relatively simple hairstyle for my sister. Had to wait half an hour for our appointment and didn't get our requested stylist. They were all friendly, but the price was insane. Won't be returning.

I went to the store on South highland in Jackson TN. She literally cut off millimeters of my hair and still charged me $25. That's crazy. I feel ripped of. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The lady looked at me stupid. Literally took all of five minutes to cut. She didn't even line up the back of my neck said it would be extra. And in the end it looked like she didn't do anything to it. I feel ripped off. THIS PLACE SUCKS. DIDNT EVEN FIX MY HAIR LET IT WET AND SHE WAS DONE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. She cut of so little hair that she didn't even have to sweep it up.

I went to get my hair dye and cut today First there was drama I don’t know what over something about who was going to do my hair that should’ve been the cue for me to walk out but it wasn’t nice lady name Lisa dyed my hair, but she didn’t have everything she needed for the color I needed, and my hair ended up read the manager act like she didn’t really care the lady Lisa tell me to come back and she would redo it so I did, and she tried. To make it better, but it’s still turned out red. I have no idea what is going on in this salon, but I do know that I didn’t get the service that I was supposed to. I’m not happy, not upset with the lady that tried her best because she tried, but the manager left her there by herself, knowing there was a problem with a customer that paid $114 to get her hair done and it is red steel and my hair is brown I will never go back to the salon again, but not because of the lady that did my hair because of the salon manager that doesn’t have it together? I recommend to not give this business your businessServices: Haircut

I used to go here to get my hair cut and styled, and got my dad to take my mom there. Mom had a stroke several years ago and is confined to a wheelchair. My dad took my mom in for a color and cut. The stylist was terrible! We've used her in the past, but suddenly she's gotten careless. She cut my mom's hair with a clipper and she cut it too short, right at the scalp. Then she proceeded to make a total mess of my mom's hair. Her name is Sabrina. We won't be going back.

Get your hours right! You already are the last choice for haircuts because it's nothing but beginners but closing over an hour early because the hairstylist has better things to do is ridiculous
