I had to make a visit to the branch on Oil Well on Tuesday 1/23 because my mobile deposit hadn't been working. Ice been both calling and using the chat to get this addressed and got various excuses and no results. Mr. Earl Ingram helped me. It took awhile but he didn't give up until he figured it out. It was during lunch time when I stopped in, but he was patient and courteous. He answered all my questions and finally solved my problem. I believe he is a really great asset to the bank. Your help was very much appreciated.

Everyone is always so friendly there and the service is always of great quality. Drive-thru is pretty much always moving at a nice pace and the employees/building are ALWAYS prestigious:)

I see a lot of negative reviews on here but I personally love this bank and the bankers. Mrs. deedra and Oscar were the absolute best. I was going to open a regions bank account but after getting to regions i went back and opened an account at simmons. I felt very welcomed, quick service got my debit card the day of :))

Have been banking with Simmons for a couple years. They are very helpful and wonderful to work with. Also just recently got a mortgage for a home through them. Of course, not a super exciting process BUT they made it so easy and smooth sailing for a first time homebuyer like myself.

Haven't personally banked at Simmons Bank, but received a home loan here awhile back. Buying a home and subsequently getting a loan isn't a fun experience anywhere, but here you will receive a difficult time. This is mainly due to lack of loan officer communication that will occur between the two of you.

My frustration with Simmons has been unmatched. Constant flags on my account and all day processes to get it resolved. Do not confuse my 5 stars with anything more than me showing my appreciation and gratitude to Wesley Chambers and Deedra Weathers. Wesley was absolutely amazing and accent is a pleasure to listen to. He worked swiftly and resolved all my issues. Those two have been my only good experiences with Simmons bank. Give Wesley a raise for sure.

I would like to give a shout out to Jessica the assistant branch manager over at the oil well rd location in Jackson TN. I was looking for a bank to open up a business account and they let me pull up a couple mins after they had closed to sign me up. I was so grateful for that kind gesture and excellent customer service. I even swapped my personal banking over to Simmons Bank as well. Thanks for being an awesome company with awesome people !

On December 12, 2019 my husband and I were closing on a new home and needed a cashier's check for the down payment. We were relocating from Missouri so we did not have a local bank yet. I walked into the bank with cash...I was told since I was not a customer they would not help me! The manager took me into an office as I told her that my Realtor said they would help me. I ended up leaving and it was pretty embarrassing! If the manager would have just asked if I'd like to open an account...the bank would have gotten a new customer. I had 20,000 in cash. So...it was more important to push me out the door than to come up with a solution! I went down the street to Insouth bank...I was helped immediately and left with my cashier's check, coffee and a Christmas cookie! Now...GO TO INSOUTH BANK!!!!!

Has got to be the worst bank EVER!!!! Dont loose or have your debit cards stolen! They cant even find my account to cancel my card have talked to 5 different arabs who know absolutely NOTHING!!!!!

We had to go with this bank after they took over First South Bank. I am so unhappy with the service we get here. I am switching banks after the new year.

Oh what a mess!!!!!!!! They bounced cks w/plenty of $$$$ in the account. NOBODY knows how to do anything at this branch. They said it is "bank error". That doesn't help those we paid!!! A few month ago, it took 20 minutes to get an insurance check posted to our account. They went from one teller to another. That should have been our first clue! We should have switched then. Check everything!!!!!

These folks will almost always get your accounts mixed up no matter how calm and clear the directions are. The service level at this location is frustrating as well. Debit card services are poor and unreliable. I reckon this is what one gets when the choose a bank based on the location of the branch.
