There’s one lady who’s hair is always in a ponytail. Her hair is a dirty blonde color , she is the most rudest and laziest person I have ever met in my life. Every time I come to this store she is doing nothing.

Unfortunately even good prices won’t fix that you can’t go in the store without seeing their terrible staff. The ladies in store are always on the phone being loud saying negative stuff about people. You can’t get any help. The store looks like a trash has been dumped out all over it boxes all over the floor. You can tell it’s poorly managed and not fit for the public eye. I hope you raise your standards and start over with an entire new staff.

Prices are good. I called to see if they had a shoe in store because it doesn’t tell you on line.. the woman who answered the phone told me no she couldn’t look for me because she was busy! I work in customer service so I know how hard it is to do 100 things at one time but I have never told someone no I’m to busy to help you..... if anything she should have put me on hold and came back to me when she had the time!! From now on I’ll drive out of my way to not shop at this store!
