Had Shelter as our home insurance. We were broken into by 4 masked armed men who stole items that were worth over $5000 . I went to Shelter with my info and was told I needed receipts for everything. That was a stupid requirement since who keeps receipts for small items?
I left and felt that Shelter was worse than the armed men who robbed us
