I always enjoy visiting Serra of Jackson in Jackson Tennessee; they are cordial polite and prompt and we love watching TV and eating popcorn and drinking cappuccinos while we're waiting ?

Serra Chevrolet service has always been my go to. I bought my car there in 2020 and all oil changes/tire rotations/basic upkeep is done at Jackson’s Serra. They’re always respectful, quick, and do send out coupons. I took my vehicle in to get new brake pads, and they told me I have about another 30k miles left on them. So, they’re honest as well! I’ve been a customer for many many years and have bought several vehicles from them and will continue to be a dedicated customer!Services: Auto brake repair

I came in for a oil change cx service was great ? but it took a hour and half for a oil change they rotate my tires and and notice after words there are 2 different sizes on the front and back and had to put them back the way it was someone should have none that before hand. They did not put the wheel lock key back in the glove compartment where they found it they just handed it back to me and the passenger side seat was laid all the way back and it was not like that when they took it to the back. Why was it laid all the way back in the first place?

The appt was easy to make although later than usual as they seem to be booking up farther ahead. My KIA was taken in on schedule. The oil changed and tires rotated in a timely manner. The charges were as agreed and expected.

Associate was very friendly and helpful. Made sure I knew that the part for my vehicle had to be ordered and he'd call me once it came in to schedule to have it replaced.

I had to come in to get the theft protection that they had sent me an email to keep people from stealing it I had the Kia Sorento and they did a great job and I didn't have to wait long for them to get the job done I am absolutely satisfied with the performance

Had the car 2 months already have a bad battery thermostat went out and air conditioner isn't working, and need new tire. The dealership refuses to take responsibility for any of it and we have to pay for all repairs. Do not buy from them ever.

If I could give it a zero I would. I normally put a review on the company's website and I did put a review on Serra's website in July and it got deleted because they couldn't handle the truth. So I am going to post a new review on my page where they cannot erase it. The story all starts in July when my youngest daughter took her car into Serra Kia to have it serviced. She said it had been making a funny noise and would lose acceleration power. Serra kept it for over 2 weeks. Whenever my daughter would call to pick it up they said they wanted to keep it because they were still trying to test it. They finally called her at almost 3 weeks and said nothing was wrong with it. They said they had driven it and everything was fine. They changed the oil and said she could come get it. After she picked it up she drove it for less than two hours to meet us in Arkansas. About an hour past Memphis the car starting making the same noise again and completely shut down. She had to pull over on the side of the interstate. It would have been bad at anytime for this to happen but this happened in the middle of the night around 10:00 p.m. in the middle of no where. Luckily she had cell service and was able to call us. We were a lot further past her so she had a friend come from Jackson and pick her up and drive her to us in Arkansas. The next morning I called Serra to inform them about what happened. The lady who answers the service phone at Kia said that whatever happened occurred after she left the lot. She kept insisting they had state of the art equipment and if anything was wrong they would have found it. It happened less than 2 hours of driving after it was driven off the lot. My daughter's life was at risk being on the interstate late at night alone. We had to have it towed and definitely were not taking it to Serra again so we had it towed to Memphis to the Kia dealership there. It has been there for 6 weeks. today. When I talked to the Kia Memphis store Saturday they said they had no idea when they would get to it. So we had it towed to Jackson today and thankfully Northside Auto is fixing the car this week. I will never use Serra service again. They had better be thankful nothing happened to my daughter or they would have a lawsuit on their hands. And to the lady who answers the phone. Your so called state of the art equipment is defective. It couldn't even detect a bad water pump and bad battery. Its either bad equipment or you didn't test the car. Thank you !Northside Auto. Live and learn. Just wish I had read the reviews on this place. The finance manager will not return my phone call. Been over 40 days since I bought a car from them and they still haven't sent paperwork so I can get a tag for it. Totally ridiculous and so is the place they financed me through.

I would advise anyone to stay away from Serra in Jackson, TN. My Camaro has been in the shop for two weeks and they just did whatever the hell they wanted to with my car and without my permission. I've called every day for two weeks about my car and Stephon was not responsive. The manager did not bother to help me. They are out to get women so beware. Rude, snobby, and apparently do not give a fuck. They picked the wrong one to get over.Signed,Sn angry customer that they have placed aftermarket part on her car
