Well where do I start on Tuesday January 30th I purchased my second vehicle from Serra ? I simply cannot say enough about the quality customer service that this dealership provides each and every customer.I would like to thank Darlene Patrick because she was my first point of contact, I was secondly like to thank Jackson he put in all the hard work doing the paperwork making me laugh and keeping me entertained while I was waiting and last but certainly not least I want to thank Jonathan for making not only my first car purchased possible but pulling me through yet again on my second purchase.Thank you to all the Sarah employees you are all great people wonderful customer service providers and just a very good image of the company.

Buying a new (new to you) vehicle is always scary and we worry about being taken advantage of. All normal emotions.But i seriously can't reccomend them enough. Dennis was great! We called 15 minutes before arriving about a specific vehicle we were interested in. Even though it was short notice, they had it pulled around front and ready for showing.Dennis was great during the test drive and throughout the entire application process. While hesitant about some options offered, he did a fantastic job of selling the value of those items and explaining them.From the moment we arrived, to the moment we drove away in our beautiful vehicle; we felt valued and like we were given a fair deal. Of course dealerships have to be able to make money, but they didn't try to royally screw us over like many other dealerships tried to when we had visited them in the days prior.Everyone we came into contact with were genuine and transparent. Finance manager was also amazing.If you've made it this far, what else are you waiting for? Call Dennis and the other great team members at Serra Kia :)

I went in to get an ESTIMATE ONLY for a trade-in, and they ran my credit. All I asked for was a simple estimate of what they would offer me on payoff for my trade toward another vehicle.Like every dealer, they have software available to them to give these types of estimates based on the initial information provided by the customer, such as payoff amount on the trade and their current score range. I never committed to buying a vehicle or showed passion for the vehicle I test drove. (In fact, the vehicle I test drove had more issues than what would be expected of a $26k vehicle.) The salesman NEVER verbally notified me he was going to run my credit, never asked for permission to run it, and I never filled out a credit request or application. All he asked for was to update their info to the existing information in his CRM, from a visit I made to them a couple of years ago, like ALL sales people do when you go into a dealership.He stepped away from his desk and a moment later, my phone alerted me that my credit had been popped by Serra. When he returned to the desk, I told him I did not expect for them to run my credit for a ballpark estimate, and he just let out a little giggle. That was very deceptive of him and the finance department in my opinion.I will definitely NOT buy a vehicle from them or even go on their lot to look at vehicles again.Old school sales tactics like that are horribly out of date.

I went to this location for the service dept. I was helped primarily by Jimmy and Jordan, as well as Brad and Luke in the shop. My car's issue was resolved. Jimmy and Jordan were both incredibly kind and helpful in addressing my issues and in managing an unexpected concern that arose. It's never fun to have to take your car into the shop, but their kind help made it a much more positive experience than normal. I would definitely recommend this service dept!

I brought my Telluride in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jordan was extremely helpful and got me out of there in less than an hour. He was also fully transparent about all costs and services before he took my keys. I absolutely will continue having my Telluride serviced here.

We had just purchase a Truck Very happy with our Sales man . However the day we pick up our new truck they didn't wash it , they didn't take any of the Stickers off , and didn't even give us a full tank of gas was a little surprise because at other dealers they have always done this . Doing a little extra goes a long way !

Had my Kia break down north of town on a Sunday and I was three hours from home. Monday morning they called me and explained the problem and we decided it would be better to send it back to my hometown. There was no charge for the diagnostic and they were very helpful. If I lived locally I would definitely use them again.

I've been a customer of Serra of Jackson for years. I've bought my last 7-8 cars from Serra. I have never had the first issue. From sales and service to customer service I've always had a pleasant experience. I'm on my 2nd Kia Sportage. Awesome vehicle. I buy my vehicles at Serra and I take them there to be serviced. They are always quick, efficient and do a good job. ??

Wonderful sales team my rep was Jaxson, excellent and very professional guy, I suggest to anyone looking for a nice car and with a excellent chance of approval, look and ask for him before you do anything. Nice cars. I purchased a 2023 Kia , love it. As I stated before they have a excellent service and sales team and a vast variety of cars.

Had the car 2 months already have a bad battery thermostat went out and air conditioner isn't working, and need new tire. The dealership refuses to take responsibility for any of it and we have to pay for all repairs. Do not buy from them ever.

We ordered a Telluride in February from Serra Kia of Jackson and we just received it. They had great communication ever since we placed our order. I never got the sense that since we put the money down and the order was in that they were moving on to “look for the next customer” so to say. They always treated me like they were still working for me which I appreciated.Last week we got the call our Telly arrived. We’re located in Memphis and Jackson is an hour ride for us. My wife is pushing 39 weeks pregnant now and is starting to get some labor pains so I was a little concerned about her making the 2 hour round trip drive. Serra Kia of Jackson said no problem how about we deliver it to your driveway. I was completely blown away. 6 hours later the car showed up in the driveway right before the wife got home, she got to pull into the driveway with her new Telly sitting there completely surprised. Seeing her face was priceless!!! I wish I could take some credit but it was all Cody and everyone else at Kia of Jackson. The transaction took 30 minutes and they were gone, everything was organized and ready to go. Never once did they pressure me with any other up sales, no dishonest price gouging dealer markups or hidden fees, they were very nice and honest. It was the best experience I’ve ever had from a dealership and I appreciated it. I usually dread dealing with dealerships but they changed that experience for sure.Thanks again Kia of Jackson, it was a pleasure doing business with you and worth the wait. The 2023 Telly is gorgeous, we couldn’t be happier.

We took our daughter’s car in to have it serviced in July. My daughter said it was making a funny sound and had no acceleration. They kept it for almost 3 weeks saying they wanted to run more tests. Then they called and said nothing was wrong. They changed the oil and said she could come get it. The same day she picked it up and left to drive to Arkansas and it broke down after less than two hours of driving. It was the middle of the night in the middle of no where. It was almost two hours before someone could get to her and pick her up. She was alone stranded on the interstate because Serra failed to repair her car. When we called to tell them the next day the lady in the service department said her state of the art equipment would have found something wrong if it had been that way on her lot. It ended up being the battery and water pump which they should have found if they actually looked at it. I do not believe they even looked at it. They put my daughters life at risk by telling her nothing was wrong. Never even an apology. Do not recommend. Cant trust them
