Update ‼️Jamie has been a very big help. She’s showed concern and understanding about my situation. She has done everything to help me in my situation. With new management I can see everything turning around for the Jackson location.LONG REVIEW BUT READ ‼️The guy I had gotten me approved & set up my appointment wasn’t the guy I met (even though I had already become comfortable with him) ?I was given a list of cars in my price range to look at before my appointment (I was set on the Sonic). When I showed up for my appointment to test drive the Sonic, I was asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift (the pictures showed that it was an automatic) ?While walking the lot for other cars in my price range I proceeded to ask if I was still eligible for the “managers choice special” I was told that the guy that had gotten me approved had come from a different car lot and they sometimes us different wording (it says managers choice special on select cars, on the website) ?Picked a car and test drove it, the engine light was on ?but I pointed it out to my seller and he insured me that it was the gas tank but they got the light cleared before I left the lot (11/15/23).The next day the light came back on and I called to notify my seller, he gave me the number to the service dept, I called, no answer and I left a vm (11/16/23)Didn’t receive a call back so I called again that following day. Got ahold to someone and was set up for an appointment for that following Wednesday (11/17/23)In between time of my appointment my car started “stuttering” to the point I had to pull over and shut it off then cut it back on.Day before my appointment I took my car to autozone to have my light checked. Was told it was my ignition switch and a misfire. Got the paper from AutoZone and called back up to the service dept to let them know. Was told to bring the paper with me to my appointment (11/21/23)Day of my appointment I was told that it was the spark plugs & coils that would need to be replaced and I wouldn’t be charged because they were under warranty ?? BUT the misfire was because of the fuel injector and gasket which would be a $800 fix because it’s not covered under warranty ??♀️ (11/22/23)Saturday my car wouldn’t start AT ALL. I called into the service dept and let someone know. He apologized for my inconvenience and said he would check with someone Monday to see if they could have it towed to their shop for free. (11/25/23)My stepdad came down Sunday to give me a boost off and when he lifted my hood to put the plugs on he noticed that the wire to my battery was loose (it had been loose since the day I purchased the car) he tightened it up and my car started and the light went off ?? (11/26/23)Monday I received a call back from the service dept. I told him I got it started then he proceeded to ask me had I been driving it since my appointment because he didn’t know if someone told me but driving it while it has that misfire could make it worse…. I proceeded to tell him well yes I had been driving it cause I had to get back home and I door dash to get extra money. I was then told to drive it as minimum as possible… (11/27/23)(but this is my only means of transportation getting back and forth to work so what am I to do now when it’s time to make a payment?)

Everyone in here was VERY nice to me . Ivory and Jamie were the most helpful. Joslynn and I did a test drive and we had a nice conversation and laughs . I definitely recommend!

New management team is awesome. Jamie the sales manager is very helpful and understanding. I was able to get two nice reliable vehicles at the Jackson Tn location.

If you are looking for a great customer service this is the place. As soon as I filled out my application 5 minutes later I received a call from Cidalia. I was approved to buy my vehicle in an hour. Very happy with my choice can't wait to come again.

Too many ?I asked for 3rd row vehicle.I purchased a vehicle in June, ?I was told to leave the car running because they haven’t had the chance to charge the battery. ?So the key was already in the ignition and air was on. ? I was told the back window need a new switch, ? replace the battery “they later change it to if needed”, and the car needed cleaning.? The car wasn’t a 3rd row, so a stated I might just need to save up some money and come back. I was told that the sell ended that day and I probably won’t be able to afford the larger down payment for 3rd row.?When completing the paper work I informed the man that I had custom tags, he wrote the information down, and told me they would take care of it.? Once at home, took the key out and it was just barely hanging on! “Still is”? Also, the next morning the car took awhile to start, because the battery being dead! Also the breaks are bad!? Called to make the appointment to have issues worked on, the appointment was after my 30 day so I couldn’t return the car! ( wish I could) I told them about the key and was told they would look at it.? On the day of the appointment my husband waited 3 hours and they only “fixed“ the switch on the window!? Didn’t say nothing about the battery nor the key and told me the company that make they keys, wouldn’t be there that day!? I have called numerous of times about my license plate, and have gotten the runaround, transferred to voicemails, or just hanging up!? Two months later, my drive out tags are about to go out, and still no word on when they will be in. Oh and the lady that handles them only work on Mondays and some Fridays, lolKey still broken, something is draining my car battery, need breaks already, and no tags!But the fixed the window switch!“ which I think they used that time to place the tracker on the car!”Oh can never get anyone to call me back, but will call me in a blink of an eye, for my payment!

Atrocious!! Just don’t buy here and if you do refinance with someone else 6 months after purchase. Lemon vehicles constantly breaking down as soon as you leave the lot with fake smiling in your face employees to get you to buy, but don’t want to service. You all are just hateful, pathetic, and money hungry/greedy. I wouldn’t refer my worse enemy to this place. Do Not reply to me. I could care less just like you all haven’t cared to just give a call back. If any of the employees do call back you let it ring one time, and hang up. Disrespectful and unprofessional at its finest. It may look name Brand like Nike, but it’s Pay Less or better yet DIRT CHEAP & wayyyyyyyyy overpriced!!! Bye Felicia’s!!!!

At first I thought yes a good place but afterwards hell naw, the employee want to argue with you not only that screw you out of your money and terrible terrible customer service skills on the phone.. well I put 7000.00 down on a truck that had dealership warranty well when I brought it back bc of the oil pressure dropped as soon as I left lot, they tried to argue with me saying I had no dealership warranty then they said I did read on page 3 it only covers up to 3500. I have tried to get a hold of the owner but that's in possible I guess he hides well maybe he can read this and maybe return my call maybe neither the less my truck has to have a whole new motor. My experience is very unsatisfied with this company and owner who seems to hide.
