Showers ? there is no employee to clean ... Ridiculous.even Price of diesel more expensive than the other truck stops....we have to wait 2 hours for shawer ....

Paid 9.00 for busted cheese sticks. My ham sandwich was supposed to have Swiss cheese it was American cheese and the hash browns were not fully cooked. I was on the road with my husband of course he eats Denny’s often and recommended the items I got. However if made properly my outcome might have been better. I didn’t have the opportunity to return the items because we had already left but if I could have I would’ve.

Waited two hours for a shower and didn’t get one. Store full of workers. Nobody working. Don’t forget who you’re here for.

Read the reviews for this place, we got here at 8:30 and didn't get a shower till almost 12 am. And then had the nerve to have an attitude, like huh?? You only cleaning showers and that's rocket science at this point.

It's a shame that I had to watch an employee cry and walk out of work today because she was over worked! As a trucker we look forward to just taking a shower. But there was a long wait because there were literally 3 ppl working today!?!! This is a Pilot! The customers are gonna come! Why be so stingy to not employ enough workers? Now I can't take a shower??? Awful business concept! Do better! For your customers as well as employees! Every other complaint here is saying the same thing: UNDER STAFFED and OVERWORKED. They will take it out on your customers! Truckers maybe if we avoid this place like the plague for a while they'll get new management and we can have the service we deserve. Smh

Called the store because this driver has been sitting in the fuel island for over twenty minutes. The lady inside I spoke to was condescending , telling me he’s getting something to eat or a shower and there’s no time limit on how long people are in the fuel island. Unreal.

Easily one of the worst Pilot locations I’ve been to. There are plenty of people working here but very few of them actually engaged in getting people served and checked out at the counter. After waiting 15 mins trying to get food I was told by the woman at the counter that she didn’t notice me and the five people waiting behind me because she is short.
I thought about eating at Denny’s but when I walked in there, I discovered that it was staffed by two men in dirty clothes who looked like they work at a tire shop. When one of them offered to seat me I just looked at the menu briefly and walked out.
The queue for showers was long because there was no urgency at all about cleaning the showers and getting them ready for the next guest.
I’ve been to Pilot locations that would be considered worse by appearance but gotten much better service than you get at this location.
I don’t remember it being this bad when I was here a year ago.
