I had an exceptional experience at Phipps Pharmacy. Not only did they fill my prescription promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my well-being. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction.

Phipps, is unique in many ways, when you walk through the door, you will get the feeling that you've stepped into one of those old time drug stores. Everybody friendly and professional. L

They are very friendly. That being said, it’s very difficult to get things done here. They did not sign me up for auto refill as I asked, so I had to call on short notice. They were out of one medicine and had to order so I missed a day of medicine. They lost my manufacturer coupon and I had to contact the company to replace it, then I waited half an hour for them to add it. When they did, the worker took out my other prescriptions and one of them only had 30 pills instead of 90. Once again I wait while they try to figure it out. I’m not big on waiting, and it seems that’s what this place is all about.

The Jackson store has the most welcoming and friendliest staff!! I am always greeted like family when walking into pharmacy, and always treated with the upmost care and kindness. They make me feel more like an actaul person, and not just an annoying customer trying to fill their prescriptions, like Walgreens has become. I recently switched pharmacies from Walgreens to Phipps in Jackson, and I couldn't be happier. Best decision ever and never switching from them!! Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with care and respect!!

Phipps pharmacy and staff are always top notch! Anyone who gives a negative review or talks “trash” -that’s on them! I’ve been with them for going on 8 years and it’s been nothing but excellent service, professionalism at its finest, and always go above and beyond to make sure my family is taken care of for our medical needs! I love the family/hometown feel and also love all the goodies they have in the store to shop from while you wait. And speaking of the wait- it’s never long! Just go to Walgreens and you’ll see the difference in regards to a crazy long wait time! Jay and his staff always make sure you are taken care of and especially during covid-they stepped up to make sure we had our meds and also offered to help however they could during the crazy pandemic. Can’t get much better than that and I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!! :)

My doctor forgot to call in my prescription. When we finally sorted that out, the pharmacist and staff were quick to make sure I got my medication as soon as possible since I had been waiting a while already due to the doctor’s mistake. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great small pharmacy.
